As we gear up for a long, luxurious weekend I thought I’d share one of my favourite equipment-free workouts. It’s tabata-style which means that you complete each activity for 20 seconds then rest 10 seconds and continue this for 8 rounds. I like to move back and forth between each circuit for 1 tabata round, then move on to the next circuit.
