    Hi Healthy Hipster!
I am a student at Ryerson University and I am doing some research on bloggers! I was wondering if I could ask you a few questions. I tried to click on your get in touch link but it won’t open so I thought I would leave a message here! It would be awesome if you could email and we could get in touch about some question I am researching! I left my info in the boxes below.

I love your ultimate cookie recipe. I have celiac disease so for the spelt floor portion I actually substitute 8….. 1/4 cup size assortments of any flour I can find that is GF…I use almond, fava bean, brown rice. etc…it does not matter….same portion as the spelt ,but any combination of assorted flours adding up to the 2 cups…as well I have added 1/4 cup of organic unsweetened cocoa powder…the cookies are amazing and I thank you so much !

I am printing out lots of your other recipes to try…I am 63, vegetarian for 23 years and still climbing mountains and lifting my grandchildren with lots of help from good food…

Incredible! Thanks Susan. I often sub other flours for the spelt as well. Glad you are enjoying. Sounds like you’re one tough cookie yourself! 🙂
